Michigan Power Cleaning’s “Operation Wildfire 2011” donation of a UHP brush fire foam rig will be awarded onJuly 4th, 2011.




The fire unit has a60 gal water tank, a2.5 gal foam tank, a3.5 gpm Cat pumpproducing 1500 psi, a6hp Kohler engine, a200 ft hose reel, anda twin foam gunthat can apply class A or B foam in a straight stream or a wider white line pattern.

The recipients ofMichigan Power Cleaning’s “Operation Wildfire 2010”operation wildfire UHP foam skid brush rig donation was thePEMBROKE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICTin St Anne IL. They have 16 members on their volunteer dept and they are located about 60 miles south east of Chicago . With 157 calls in 2009, 60 were wildfire calls.

Congratulations to them on their new fire apparatus.
