Firefighter John Peteani, a 19-year veteran of the department, died of 9/11-related cancer,reports lohud.com.
A wake will be held Wednesday at Sinatra Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. The Holy Name Society will be organizing an honor guard for the wake.
