WELL DRILLING NOTES.
An artesian well is being sunk at the State Hospital, Middletown, N. Y. It is down 200 feet.
Work has been resumed on the artesian well at Temple, Tex. Three immense drills which became fixed have just been drawn out by the workmen. Already a distance of 1100 feet has been reached. If Temple gets water it will be the greatest event in her history.
