K.G. (Red) hulme has been appoint ed chairman of the Fire Department Instructors Conference by the Insurance Services Office, sponsor of the FDIC. Formerly cochairman, Hulme succeeds Kenneth L. Stanton, who resigned to join the Fire Extension Service of the University of Maryland.
