How to Destroy TNT-Soaked Buildings
Recommendations outlining the work to be done to complete the decontamination of certain buildings and part of the grounds of the Gulf Ordnance Plant, Prairie, Miss., were announced on June 10 by the War Assets Administratoin.
The recommendations were made by a War Department board set up to authorize and recommend the destruction of buildings and improvements because of contamination by explosives. The board includes representatives of the War Department. WAA, and two explosives manufacturing firms.
