Fire and Police Surgeons Elect Walsh Honorary Member
Fire Commissioner Patrick Walsh, Deputy Commissioner Hugh A. Halligan and Assistant Fire Chief John J. McCarthy of the New York Fire Department were elected honorary members of the International Association of Police and Fire Surgeons at the annual convention of the Association in Washington recently. Dr. Arthur P. Keegan, Chief Surgeon, Department of Public Safety, Philadelphia, Pa., was elected President for the year 1942.
