The Saddleridge Fire that raged last week is still smoldering but crews have extra resources ready to fight any possible flare-ups,reports NBC 4.
The fire has burned nearly 8,800 acres since it started in early October. The fire was 75% contained, the fire department said.
According to the National Weather Service, windy conditions are expected to persist throughout the weekend.
