WELL DRILLING NOTES.
A new well is soon to be utilized for supplying the Brockport (N. Y.) water-works system.
H. M. Tompkins, Fitchburg, Mass., has just finished an artesian well, seventy-five feet deep, for Charles B. Pratt, on his stock farm at North Worcester. It has a capacity of sixty gallons per minute, and is equipped with a Stover steel windmill and a 1000-gallon tank.
