In reading your paper, I see that you quote John C. North’s statement about the supply of water and the smallness of water pipe in the business portion of this city, which was true some ten or fifteen years ago. Since that time the water company has built two large reservoirs and run large pipes into the city from different points, as you can see by the maps I send you to day.
