The annual banquet which is given at the end of the year and the annual picnic which is given in the middle of the summer arc unique features of the business policy of what has grown to be Decatur’s biggest manufacturing concern—a concern which keeps on growing in size, as it grows in business. These two social features have resulted in establishing a friendIv feeling between the members of the company and their employes that is as rare as it is valuable to both parties concerned. The employes feel that the employers have their interests at heart, and as a result they swear by the H. Mueller Manufacturing company.
