—Daniel Huestis, supposed to be a lunatic, has been indicted for setting fire to the town of Brewsters, N. Y., on the night of November 4.
—Two alarms were turned in in Worcester, Mass., during the twelve hours ending five o'clock A. M. November 23, and good work was done by the Fire Department. At the latter fire Chief Combs and his followers saved the lives of seventeen persons.
