THE following form for a model law to define and regulate late the dry cleaning industry is suggested by the National Association of Dyers and Cleaners, and has been approved by the National Board of Fire Underwriters. In presenting it to the Golden Jubilee Convention of the International Association of Fire Engineers at San Francisco last August, Franklin H. Wentworth, secretary of the National Fire Protection Association, said:
