Walter Driver, for four years superintendent of the Racine, Wis., Water Company, owned by the American Waterworks & Guarantee Company, of Pittsburg, has resigned and will engage in the manufacturing business. He will be succeeded by Frank McElroy, superintendent of the company at Merrill, Wis.
James M. Sherman, superintendent of the Columbia, Mo., water and light plant, has resigned.
