Walter L. Watson was elected general manager of the Lehigh-Northampton Gas and Electric Light company at Catasauqua, Pa., on the first instant. He still retains his old position of general manager of the Clear Springs Water company at Catasauqua, which covers this same territory of nine towns as the Lehigh-Northampton company.
