Colonel Park Woodward, superintendent of the water works of Atlanta, Ga., will be in command of the troops from that city at the Dewey celebration. His command will be stationed at the Fourteenth regiment armory, Brooklyn.
A number of water works men have been invited by Fred Smith, to occupy seats on the stand of the Athletic club One Hundred and Tenth street and Riverside avenue during the Dewey parade.
