WATER
The death is announced of J. W. Moss, former superintendent at Natick, Mass., and for many years chief of the fire department of that city. Mr. Moss, who had lived at Natick for many years, was well known among water works and fire department officials. He had been ill for a long time before he died.
Bonds to the amount of $37,000 have been issued by the city of Clarksdale, Miss, for the construction of an electric light plant, a water works system, and a sewerage system.
