UPDATE, 1 PM:WPVI reports (http://6abc.com/594355/) that a formerfirefighter后被拘留涉嫌持有四firefig吗hters hostage at gunpoint inside a fire station.
Negotiators learned the firefighter was apparently fired on Monday; they were able to convince him to release the hostages, and he surrendered to a SWAT team without incident.
The hostages were reportedly shaken up but not injured.
UPDATE, 12:05 PM:Reports indicate the situation has resolved without any injuries.
ORIGINAL POST:News reports indicate an armed suspect is holding three firefighters hostage in the basement of the Lamott Fire Company in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania.
