The Barber Asphalt Paving Company has, it is reported, made Buffalo (N.Y.) a proposition. For $2 a yard in addition to the $3 a yard which the city has already paid the company proposes to keep the pavements in repair so long as they last.
Brockwayville, Ohio, has decided to issue bonds to secure good roads.
