Middlebury (CT) Chief Arrested

Middlebury (CT) – Federal authorities arrested Middlebury Volunteer Fire Department Chief Paul Perrotti Thursday morning, said Thomas Carson, spokesperson for the United States Attorney’s Office in Connecticut.

Perrotti is due in court in Bridgeport on Thursday at 10 a.m., Carson said. The charges against him have not been released at this time.

Back in May,FBI agents raided the Middlebury Volunteer Fire Department in an investigation into reports of mishandled department finances related to fire chief business.
