McGranahan Resigns as Wheeling Chief
Edward McGranahan, for the past eleven years Chief of the Wheeling, W. Va., Fire Department, tendered his resignation to become effective at once. He entered the fire service on October 10, 1905. Capt. Charles Long, First Assistant Chief, has been appointed Acting Chief.
