When the international Association of Fire Service Instructors conducts its 15th Annual Spring Conference in Memphis March 20 and 21, it will view the future of state fire service training in relation to the federal program. Workshops held during this conference, which immediately precedes the Fire Department Instructors Conference that opens in Memphis March 22, will feature numerous presentations of a more technical nature.
