Friendly advice for motorists, a sticker that urges “drive friendly,” is placed on apparatus bumper by Shop Superintendent Tony Van Nessin of the San Antonio, Tex., Fire Department as Assistant Chief Charles G. Shaw watches. More than 1,000 stickers were placed on San Antonio city vehicles as part of Governor Preston Smith’s statewide traffic safety program.
