At 0303 hours on December 30, Hartford (CT) fire companies were dispatched to Barbour & Judson for numerous calls reporting a row of stores on fire.
Engine 7 arrived and reported heavy fire showing.Firefightersused Engine 2’s deck gun and the tower ladders for a quick knockdown.
