Feed Mill Destroyed
destro火yed the four-story plant of the Diamond State Roller Mills, one of Maryland’s largest feed mills, injuring three fire fighters and causing damage estimated at $250,000.
Three adjoining buildings were saved, but more than 2,000 bushels of wheat, 1,000 bushels of corn, eight tons of dried milk products, several hundred pounds of flour and several tons of feed in the main building were destroyed.
