F. D. I. C. Program Announced
Advance information on the tentative program for the 30th Annual Fire Department Instructors Conference, scheduled for Memphis, February 18-21, has been released to FIRE ENGINEERING by Chairman Dick Vernor.
The keynote address will be delivered by Chief R. C. Malmquist, vice president of the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Other outstanding figures in fire prevention and protection who may address the luncheon groups include Percy Bugbee, NFPA; Governor Caleb Boggs of Delaware and Chief William Miller of Los Angeles.
