Hypochlorite of Lime at Ottawa.
To the Editor:—In the March 3d issue of FIRE AND WATER ENGINEERING an article on the meeting of the New York section of the American Water Works Association quotes me as having stated that Toronto, Ont., used hypochlorite of lime to the extent of 100 pounds per m. g. The city I referred to was Ottawa, and I have received a letter from one of the officials of Toronto calling attention to this error. Very truly yours,
