CONVENTION OF NEW YORK STATE CHIEFS
The twelfth annual meeting of the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs was held at Elmira, N. Y., on June 28 and 29. Headquarters were located at the City Hall, where all meetings were held. The first session was called to order by Chief John H. Espey, president, on Wednesday, at 1.45 p. m. After invocation by Rev. R. L. Williams, Chief Espey introduced Hon. Harry N. Hoffman, Mayor of Elmira, who welcomed the delegates to the city.
