Cleveland Fire Notes
(From our regular correspondent)
While responding to an alarm recently, Motor Engine No. 23 struck a motor car filled with nurses, seriously injuring one, and demolishing the car. None of the firemen was injured, but the pumps on the forward end of the engine were rendered useless. Witnesses said that the automobile paid no attention to the clanging of the bell and screeching of the siren.
