Chief James McFall Honored

Chief James McFall, of Roanoke, Va., who is also secretary of the International Association of Fire Engineers, has been secretary of Roanoke Lodge of B. P. O. Elks for twenty-two years. He resigned that position on April 14, when the lodge celebrated its twenty-third anniversary with a banquet, and a feature of the celebration was the presentation to Chief McFall of a magnificent gold watch and chain as a token of the appreciation of the lodge of his long service and the high regard in which he is held by its members.
