Chicago Plans Fire Investigation Seminar
Chicago Fire Commissioner Robert J. Quinn and Illinois State Fire Marshal William J. Cowhey have jointly announced a seminar on cause and origin of fires, to be held August 15-17 at the new Chicago Fire Academy.

Volunteer and paid fire fighter, police officers, insurance adjusters, plant protection personnel, claimsmen from insurance companies, the military forces and all others interested in fire protection, arson, subrogation and the investigation of fires to determine the cause, origin and responsibility are invited.
