Boston Fire Notes

The plan of Fire Commissioner John R. Murphy, of Boston, to establish a small library of books on fire fighting subjects in each fire station will be put into effect very shortly. The books will be of a practical nature, covering the various branches of the service in order to enable men to study and thus prepare for advancement in ranking.
