Another of the same company’s latest developments in firefighting machinery is its automobile firefighter, also illustrated here. It is a combination automobile, chemical engine, hose wagon and pump, and has been especially designed by the company’s own experts for hard fire-duty. It imbodies the weightcarrying frame of the commercial truck with the high-speed engine of the more powerful touring car designed to run over rough streets at thirtyfive miles an hour. It is guaranteed to be most powerful, most reliable and capable of withstanding the hardest practical fire-duty demanded of it.
