Foster, Albany, Hook and Ladder Company No. 2, Albany Fire Department; Superintendent Russell White, San Francisco, Engine Company No. 6, Boston Fire Department; Captain James Shaw, Baltimore, Engine Company No. 6, Baltimore Fire Department; Captain H. R. Williams, Worcester Fire Department, Worcester; Captain Zabriskie, New Orleans Fire Department, New Orleans.
