Wilmington (DE) firefighters rescued two children: a three year old girl and one year old boy from a rowframe fire. Two firefighters found the children upstairs eight minutes after the call was received by the fire department per the Deputy Chief on-scene. “This was good, tough city firefighting,” said the chief. Both children are still listed in critical condition.
