Murfreesboro, TN – Murfreesboro (TN) Captain Theodore Pertiller was cleared of all suspicion in connection with two incidents at Fire Station 3.
Pertiller was briefly placed on administrative leave with pay after an unknown brown substance was found in his locker during a mandatory locker search on March 13. The search was conducted based on a March 11 incident when two marijuana cigarette butts were found on the station grounds.
Pertiller has returned to full duties, and was not disciplined after it was discovered that a coworker had placed the substance in his locker as a joke.
