A number of buildings were affected by a 60-foot-widesinkholethat formed under a resort building near Disney World in central Florida late Sunday.
One three-story building collapsed and another sank at the Summer Bay Resort in Clermont, according to CNN (http://bit.ly/15un1Ko). An estimated 35 people escaped the structures.
A roughly 15-foot-deep crater swallowed much of one building, according to Lake County Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Tony Cuellar. A witness said one couple and their infant escaped through a window because a door frame collapsed.
