A vehiclestruck an occupied church buildinglast evening in Ocala, Florida. The driver of the vehicle was injured in the crash.Ocalafirefighters responded to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church located at 800 Southeast 41stAvenue at 7:46 p.m. On arrival a few minutes firefighters treated the driver who sustained nonlife-threatening fractures.
The building belonging to the church was occupied by 10 adults and children at the time of the crash, and none were injured. The building sustained damage to the concrete block wall. The Ocala Police Department is investigating the incident.
