A 67-year-old man in cardiac arrest was rescued from a burning Brooklyn house fire that also injured five firefighters, including one who suffered burns on his leg when the second-floor collapsed onto the first, FDNY officials said.

The resident is expected to survive, and the firefighters’ injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Deputy Chief Joseph Duggan said the fire was already raging when firefighters responded to the first 911 call at 4:09 a.m.

The two-story home, on E. Ninth St. near Foster Ave. in Midwood, was cluttered with belongings and debris.

The resident in cardiac arrest was pulled from the basement, then revived on his way to the Maimonides Hospital.

Two firefighters battling the blaze on the second floor fell one story when part of the floor collapsed beneath them.

One firefighter was burned as he was pulled from the debris and was taken to the burn unit at New-York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell, Duggan said. The others suffered various injuries not believed to be life-threatening and were taken to Maimonides.

The cause of the fire, which was placed under control at 6:21 a.m., is under investigation.
