Indianapolis (IN) Firefighter Burned at House Fire

An Indianapolis (IN) firefighter suffered second-degree burns while battling a house fire on Friday morning and was transported to a local hospital,according to a report on indystar.com.

The unidentified firefighterreceived burns on his hands, face, knee and shoulders. He also injured his ankle.

Firefighters encountered heavy fire when responding to the vacant home. It was the second fire at the same location in several weeks.
