Firefighters Battle Flames at Ohio Industrial Site

Firefightersfrom multiple fire departments responded Monday to a large fire at anindustrialsite in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio.

WOIO reports than the alarm came in at about 3:20 a.m. morning at a packaging plant, bringing about 75 firefighters from 11 departments to the scene.

Firefighters operated defensively at the unsprinklered structure, according to the report. There were explosions during the fire that were likely caused by acetylene or other storage tanks at the plant, which reportedly made packaging materials and equipment.
