An early-morning explosion rocked an entire city block in Cleveland, Ohio, on Wednesday, destroying three homes and injuring 11 people. The blast damaged a number of other homes and left dozens seeking shelter. Firefighters evacuated structures in the area while they checked gas levels; a gas leak is believed to be the cause of the blast.
