A Chula Vista (CA) firefighter was handcuffed at the scene of an auto accident after a dispute with a California Highway Patrol (CHP) officer.
CBS 8 reported (http://bit.ly/1gMYxbB) that the dispute arose overapparatus positioningat the scene of themotor vehicle crash.
