A two-year-old boy who suffered burns on 70 percent of his body met the Chattanooga (TN) firefighters who rescued him from a fire earlier this year that killed another child.
Tyler Jackson was unrecognizable to family members when firefighters removed him from the April 1 fire that killed his 3-year-old brother, Tyrell.

When Captain Dean Rogers arrived on scene at the fire around 10 a.m., the front of the brick duplex was already fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters attempted entry through the rear, but struggled with bars on the door and window. Firefighters navigated through zero visibility to find the victims.
