Four-Alarm Fire Leaves 22 Homeless in Jersey City (NJ) Fire

Twenty two people have been displaced from two buildings that are ablaze in Downtown Jersey City, according to Mayor Steve Fulop, reports nj.com.

Firefighters have yet to get the 4-alarm fire under control.

Jersey City Medical Center spokesman Mark Rabson said the hospital is treating four firefighters for injuries related to the blaze, which started earlier this afternoon in an apartment building on Grove Street near Bay Street. All the firefighters are in good and stable condition, Rabson said.
