In 1989, the Oregon Legislature authorized the OSFM to establish a statewide Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Teams System. Thirteen teams are strategically located statewide to provide swift response to hazmat ncidents. To date, Oregon is one of the few states able to establish and maintain a program of this type.

每个刺穿执法者vehicle features a 70-inch extended-length cab with a 24-inch raised roof (a four-door configuration with a rear wall walk-through), and seating for up to 10 team members. The vehicles also feature a seven-foot slide out in the body; a command area, including a workstation with overhead and under desk cabinets; interior wall cabinets; as well as a light mast, electric awning, and roof storage compartments.
