A vote will be taken at Webster, N. D., upon the question of raising $10,000 bonds for an artesian well and waterworks.
"The success which has attended the sinking for artesian water in the Pecos valley,” says The Santa Fe (N. M.) Review, "ought to inspite every community in New Mexico to sink a test well. Let enterprising men in every town and village take hold of the matter and see if their fellow citizens will not co operate with them.”
