Successful Up-State Gathering Held in That City by New York Section, American Water Works Association—Good Attendance
A DESCRIPTION of the unusually difficult problems invoiced in the purification of the water supply of Water-town. N. Y., by Allen Hazen, consulting engineer, who designed the filtration system of the city twenty years ago, Was the principal feature of the meeting of the New York Section of the American Water Works Association in that city on October 6. The gathering was the third successful upstate meeting which the Section has held, the first being at Utica. N. Y., on September 30, 1922, and the second at Rochester, April 7, 1923.
