Water System to be Improved—Extensive improvements are to be made at once by the Norton Water Company of Norton, Va, and when completed will give the town an up-todate water system. The improvements will include a filter, chlorine apparatus and a water tank. The work will be rushed as soon as the official report approving the plans and specifications is received by the company.
