Do not guess at the pressure in your pneumatic tires. Many a man has condemned a tire for lack of mileage when the fault was under-inflation. Use a pressure gauge and be sure. There are two kinds, one which measures the air pressure and the other which measures the width of the tire. Both are good. Do not try to tell the pressure by kicking the tread. This method is not reliable.
