HONORARY DEPUTY CHIEF W. W. COHEN of New York city and Ex-Chief Paul J. Moore of Newark, N. J., have graduated from the fire ranks and have advanced into political circles by way of seats in the U. S. Congress. Both of the men were selected by their districts with large majorities.
